DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings require a non- refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards your treatment on the day. If you need to reschedule your appointment this must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event of a ‘No show’ or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice the refund will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment this must be done with no less than 24 hours notice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: All major credit cards an ZIPPAY are accepted but will incur a 1% surcharge.
