PRP Injections for facial rejuvenation

PRP is short for Platelet Rich Plasma, in which your blood is drawn to extract concentrated blood plasma. In this concentrated plasma, there are lots of components that help in the rejuvenation of your skin. Cosmetic specialists inject this activated PRP into your skin to rejuvenate the face and decrease signs of ageing . PRP stimulates collagen production that drives the rejuvenation of your facial tissues. So, you can expect the most amazing facial rejuvenation experience without any surgical procedures. This treatment is only available at our Norwest clinic.

Common treatment areas

Décolletage, neck, under eyes (darkness or loose skin/eye bags), full face to improve texture and quality of skin and scalp for hair loss.

Benefits Of PRP Injections

  • Total Facial Rejuvenation: As mentioned earlier, the activated PRP stimulates collagen & elastin production, which helps eliminate visible signs of ageing. PRP Injections can rejuvenate all areas of the face and works particularly well with skin needling. PRP injections are also used to decrease fine lines as well as decrease pigmentation and acnes scarring.

  • Reaches Difficult Areas: PRP injections can be used in difficult areas such as under the eyes. In cases where dermal fillers are not indicated PRP injections work well. This treatment can help with dark circles, Eye bags or puffiness and skin integrity.

  • Natural treatment: Platelet Rich Plasma injections are a natural rejuvenation option for those that are not interested in dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle treatment. PRP injections are a subtle yet effective treatment option that promotes facial tissue rejuvenation. The results can be seen from 4 weeks to 6 months.

  • Promotes hair growth: Unlike the traditional hair transplant treatment. PRP injections are a cost effective treatment option that is used to stimulate hair growth and slow down hair loss. However this treatment may not be for everyone and will depend on your medical history, the quality of your blood and the timeframe in which the hair loss commenced. It’s always best to consult our Registered Nurse at Next Aesthetics Norwest.
